The refund of the cost of the goods is carried out within 10 working days from the date of return of the goods (Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, Article 22).
Once your claim is resolved positively, we will refund your money:
- - In cash
- – By transfer to the details you specified
- - In another way that is convenient for you
A refund to the buyer is made in the event of a refusal of the ordered goods before or after their receipt and is made in cash or by bank transfer, depending on the payment method chosen when paying for the goods (see below for refund deadlines).
In the case of a refund by bank transfer, the fee for this transaction is borne by the recipient.
Refunds are processed based on a written request or a completed application form sent by email.
I. In the event of a refusal of an item paid for by bank transfer (funds will be transferred within 7-10 days of receipt of a written request). Depending on the method previously used for payment (bank transfer, electronic payment (e-wallets, bank cards)), the following information must be included in the written request:
- Order number, e-wallet number (in full) / plastic card number (last 4 digits), full name of the recipient who previously paid for the order (if payment was made via Yandex money e-wallet, Web Money, or bank card).
- Order number, recipient's full name, bank account number, bank name, correspondent account number, recipient's TIN, BIC (if payment was made via bank transfer).
II. In the event of a return of goods paid for in cash (funds must be transferred within 3-5 days of the Buyer submitting a written request): this refund procedure applies if you paid for the goods to the courier who delivered them. Refunds are issued upon presentation of a written request stating the reasons for the return (poor quality, product quality claims, etc.), your passport, sales receipt, and warranty card.
Direct cash refunds are available in 2 ways:
- Cash at the company office in accordance with the rules for returning goods in retail trade.
- By bank transfer to the buyer's bank account or savings book.
Terms for return or exchange of goods:
- – In case of refusal of goods of proper quality, in marketable condition, a refund or exchange for a similar product, subject to its availability in stock, is carried out within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods, provided that the goods are subject to exchange (in accordance with Article 25 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights, list of goods).
- – In case of refusal of a product of inadequate quality (this group includes all categories of goods), a refund or exchange for a similar product of adequate quality, subject to its availability in stock, is carried out within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Please note: If the buyer refuses a product of proper quality, the shipping costs paid by the buyer will not be refunded.
